Exchange Process
If you are not satisfied with the product or have other needs. Please note the following product return/exchange requirements:
- All beads to be returned or exchanged must fade under normal wear before they can be returned or exchanged. If they are man-made damage, they will not be returned.
- Beads worn after fading can be returned or exchanged within six months from the date of shipment.
- The bead return package must be returned within 7 working days from the date of the order return request (just inform us of the tracking number by email). If you fail to return the package within the specified time, we will deduct 50% of your order amount as a late payment fee.
- When returning, the returned beads must include any promotional gifts received. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gifts will be deducted from the refund.
- We do not provide return shipping labels. You are responsible for shipping the return to us and tracking the return information.
- Please be sure to take extra care to package your return packages properly so they don’t get damaged in transit – we are not responsible for any returns before they arrive at our return address. Also, make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check with the carrier before your package reaches us.
- We do not accept returns without notifying us first.
- Once we receive your return, please allow up to 2-3 business days for the exchange order to be processed. You will receive an email when your exchange order has been shipped.
- If you need to exchange an item at short notice, we recommend that you place a new order as soon as you send back the original order, and we will process your new order and refund your original payment method after we receive your return.
- If the customer receives defective or wrong beads, you need to notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery. If the item is damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged bag to return it with the damaged beads.
- Note: Actual color of beads may vary due to different screen resolutions, but this is not considered a defect or misrepresentation.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s own expense. We pay for shipping when we ship the beads to you. We only charge the price of the beads, so shipping is not included in the refund. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will arrange your refund within 7 business days after receiving the package
Step 1: Please email us at info@gold-bead.com to obtain a return authorization and return address, and indicate your order number (e.g. AT23566), a photo of the beads (with label and packaging), and a detailed reason for the return.
Please note: We are not in the office on weekends to read or respond to emails.
Step 2: After receiving your return request email, we will email you the return and exchange instructions, please follow the instructions to complete the return and exchange procedures.
Step 3: After we receive your package, you will receive a refund or process the exchange order within one week. Once your refund or exchange has been processed, we will email you and your refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will typically receive your refund within 5 to 15 business days. Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@gold-bead.com with your order number and reason.
- We will provide a full refund for orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but not yet shipped.
- We will provide a partial refund for orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but not yet shipped, subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
- We will not accept cancellation requests after an order has been shipped, please request a return after receiving the package.
- You will typically receive your refund within 5 to 15 business days, if you have not received your refund within 30 days, please contact us by email at info@gold-bead.com.
