Cancelling Orders
Please note that only orders that are in the paid, processing or partially shipped status may be modified or canceled.
All other orders cannot be changed. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped or packaged, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
In the unfortunate event that your order cannot be canceled, we recommend that you accept the package and refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for more information.
Shipping
All beads from gold-bead.com are dispatched from the same warehouse and are delivered duty unpaid. Therefore, once the package reaches the destination country, any customs duties or import taxes will be charged. If any, these charges must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses the package due to import duties or taxes, they will be responsible for all costs involved in the process. Due to customs regulations, please note that gold-bead.com cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
Order Acceptance
Please note that there are some orders that we may not be able to accept and must cancel. gold-bead.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at its sole discretion. Some of the circumstances that may result in your order being cancelled include restrictions on the quantity available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues discovered by our credit and anti-fraud department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if your order is cancelled in whole or in part, or if more information is required to accept your order.
If we have informed customers of the festive season in advance through banners and newsletters, and provided final order dates and shipping method recommendations for this period. Therefore, we are not responsible if the goods are not delivered in time for the holiday.
All orders reported as “delivered” by the transport company are deemed to have been delivered. In this case, gold-bead.com is not responsible for non-delivery.
User Account
For security reasons, each customer is allowed to create only one registered account by default. For customers who attempt to create multiple accounts, gold-bead.com reserves the right to suspend their accounts without prior notice.
Both parties agree that after the order is issued, the transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. At this stage, the full ownership of the product belongs to the buyer; all responsibilities and risks during transportation are borne by the buyer.
According to customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate data. All consignee names, addresses and payee names should be valid. Some countries require the consignee to submit their ID card or passport for customs clearance or verification of payment. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide to us. If any information is incorrect and hinders any shipment or delivery or customs clearance, we will not be held responsible and will not provide any compensation in this case.
gold-bead.com will always comply with the law and we kindly ask users to do the same. As an importer, customers are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in their country. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
Pricing in Different Currencies
Prices for products sold by gold-bead.com are calculated in U.S. dollars (US$). Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from U.S. dollars based on the most recent exchange rate. Prices displayed on the Site in non-US dollar denominations (except on individual product pages) may not be up to date due to fluctuations in currency values. Areas of the Site where non-US dollar denominations may be inaccurate include, but are not limited to, information on promotional banners, promotional pages, and product category pages. The price displayed on individual product pages (regardless of currency denomination) is the price you currently pay to gold-bead.com, excluding shipping costs.
gold-bead.com is not aware of and is not responsible for any additional bank fees or exchange rate fees charged by card issuing banks or third party payment providers. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by gold-bead.com.
